Digital infrastructure
and remote services for
enterprise and growing business.

NOFOH Ltd operates six digital brands under a single legal entity, and delivers remote digital services across seven lines: GPU and dedicated servers, virtual private servers, cloud business systems and integrations, business email and Microsoft 365, certificates and domains, backup and security operations, and digital marketing. One relationship, one standard of accountability, delivered remotely.

We work for organisations that cannot treat their infrastructure as an afterthought: large enterprises first, then the medium-sized and small companies that grow into them. One signature covers the server, the mailbox, the certificate and the campaign, whichever brand the work sits under.

Services we deliver

Seven lines, each specified, priced and supported through one engagement. Follow a line to its service page, or read the full service index.

Scope is agreed in writing before any production change is made, and every change carries a documented approval.

  1. GPU and accelerated compute

Capacity for inference, fine-tuning and training, with the driver, kernel and framework versions pinned and recorded. Accelerator availability is confirmed before commitment, and we will say when a workload does not need a GPU.

ServiceGPU & dedicated serversUnder the BBC Cloud brand

  2. Dedicated servers and VPS

Single-tenant hardware for licence-bound and database workloads, and NVMe-backed virtual servers for sites, applications and workers — root access, snapshots and stated resource limits, managed or self-managed.

ServiceGPU & dedicated serversUnder the 02Host and BBC Cloud brands

  3. Cloud business systems and integrations

Odoo and comparable platforms, custom applications where no package holds the process, and the API, file and identity integrations that keep one record true. Discovery, fixed scope, migration rehearsals, then long-term support.

ServiceCloud business systemsBuilt by the NOFOH software team

  4. Business email and Microsoft 365

Mailboxes, aliases, groups and shared resources on your own domain, issued the same working day; tenant administration, licence housekeeping and planned migrations that keep both systems live until delivery is confirmed.

ServiceEmail & securityUnder the NHostn and URLemail brands

  5. Certificates, domains and DNS

TLS certificates supplied, installed and tracked to renewal against a central expiry register; domain portfolios, transfers, DNS and DNSSEC; and sender authentication moved from monitoring to enforcement in stages.

ServiceEmail & securityUnder the NameTLS brand

  6. Backup, recovery and security operations

Backup schedules written against an agreed tolerance for loss and downtime, isolated copies where the platform allows, restore tests on a calendar, hardening baselines, multi-factor administration and a published patch cadence.

ServiceEmail & securityAcross all six brands

  7. Digital marketing, content and design

Technical search and site health, content production, paid campaigns, measurement a finance team will accept, conversion work and the design and front-end production that holds it together — reported in enquiries and cost per acquisition.

    ServiceDigital marketingAcross all six brands

Who we serve

Three tiers of client, in the order in which we commit our attention. Large enterprises are the primary client; medium-sized and small businesses are served on the same operating standard.

Work is placed directly, as a managed service, or behind another organisation's contract — see how the service lines are engaged and priced.

Large enterprises Primary client

Organisations with many domains, several brands and a support function that should not have to chase a vendor. We consolidate those arrangements into one register, one invoice route and one escalation path.

Typical scope
Multi-brand hosting and mail, Microsoft 365 administration, TLS automation, renewal governance
How we are engaged
Master services agreement with the brand named per workstream, reviewed annually

Medium-sized businesses

Growing companies whose infrastructure outgrew the person who first set it up. We take the estate in hand, record what exists, and put an operating rhythm around it.

Typical scope
Platform migration, business email rollout, performance and backup assurance
How we are engaged
Fixed monthly service with a documented scope schedule

Small businesses and sole traders

Our self-service brands serve this tier directly, at scale and on standard terms — a domain, a professional mailbox and a site that stays up, without an agency retainer.

Typical scope
Domain and email in minutes, managed hosting, storefronts in Saudi Arabia
How we are engaged
Self-service plans under the relevant brand

In every engagement

  • A named service lead, not a queue
  • Written change control before production work
  • Processing locations agreed and recorded with the client
  • Renewal and expiry obligations tracked centrally
  • Escalation routes published at contract start
  • Reporting written to survive an audit or a handover

One company, six operating brands

What sits behind the services: NOFOH Ltd holds the contract, and six digital brands carry the work — so a client always knows who is accountable.

Each brand has its own site, its own customers and its own published plans; none of them is a separate legal person. NOFOH Ltd provides the capital, the technical direction, the procurement discipline and the people, and it is the party that signs. For a buyer that means one contract, one invoice route and one point of accountability.

The company keeps a deliberately quiet public profile: the brands serve their own markets, and this page exists to record what is offered, under which name, and who answers for it. Clients and their advisers are welcome to test that arrangement at due-diligence stage.

Questions from procurement teams

Who signs the contract?
NOFOH Ltd is the single contracting party: it agrees the scope and the commercial terms, and the brand that will perform the work is named in the order before signature. Buyers can request the company's registration and corporate documents as part of due diligence.
Is any part of the service delivered on-site?
No. Architecture, provisioning, monitoring, renewal and support are performed remotely by distributed teams. Where a client requires attendance at a specific milestone, it is arranged with the nominated contact and recorded in the engagement plan.
Which jurisdictions does NOFOH operate in?
NOFOH Ltd is registered in England and Wales and operates worldwide. In-Kingdom hosting, Arabic-language platform operation and Saudi commercial requirements are met under the DukanKSA brand.
How should a procurement or security question be raised?
Write to [email protected] with the subject line 'Supplier due diligence'. A named contact replies with the documentation required for your procurement stage, including the brand and ownership structure, processing locations and support arrangements.

Correspondence

Write to NOFOH and the right person will pick it up.

Tell us the organisation you represent, the service you need and the timeframe. Enquiries are read by a named person, routed to the brand that will deliver the work, and answered from this address. First questions, tender invitations and supplier due-diligence requests are all welcome — in English or Arabic.

Or use the brand you already know

Each brand publishes its own plans, terms and support desk. If you already know what you need, that is the shorter route — the contract is still with NOFOH Ltd.

Not sure which brand you need? Write once to [email protected] and we will point you to the right one.
