Index What we deliver
The services the group delivers, and how they fit together
Seven lines, one operating standard. Compute and hosting underneath, the systems a company actually runs on in the middle, and the mail, certificates, protection and marketing that make the whole thing work for customers — specified, priced and supported through a single engagement.
1 · How the lines fit
A company usually arrives with one problem — a server that must be replaced, a mailbox migration, a spreadsheet that has become the system of record. The lines below are sold separately and stack naturally, because they were built in that order.
| Line | Covers | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Compute | GPU and accelerated servers, dedicated hardware, VPS, storage and private networking | GPU & servers |
| Systems | Odoo and comparable platforms, custom applications, API and file integration, reporting | Business systems |
| Business mailboxes on your domain, Microsoft 365 tenants, migration, hygiene | Email & security | |
| Identity | TLS certificates, expiry governance, domains, DNS, DNSSEC, sender authentication | Email & security |
| Resilience | Backup, restore testing, hardening, monitoring, patch cadence, incident response | Email & security |
| Operations | Day-to-day management of an estate under a service schedule, with written reporting | Managed operations |
| Growth | Search, content, campaigns, analytics, conversion work, design and content production | Marketing |
| Commerce | Storefronts and marketplaces, including Saudi-hosted and Arabic-language operations | Commerce |
2 · GPU, dedicated and VPS servers
Accelerated compute for inference, fine-tuning and training; single-tenant dedicated machines for licence-bound and database workloads; and NVMe-backed virtual servers for sites, applications and workers. Provisioned remotely, monitored continuously, and sized against your actual usage rather than a plan chart.
3 · Cloud business systems and integrations
Odoo implementations and support, custom applications where no package holds the process, and the integrations that keep a single record true — payment, logistics, marketplace, banking and identity interfaces. Discovery, fixed scope, migration rehearsals, then long-term operation.

4 · Business email and Microsoft 365
Mailboxes, aliases, groups and shared resources on your own domain, issued the same working day; and full tenant administration for organisations standardised on Microsoft — licences, domains, roles, migration, policy and monthly housekeeping.

5 · Certificates, domains and DNS
TLS certificates supplied, installed and tracked to renewal against a central expiry register; domain portfolios, transfers, DNS records and DNSSEC; and sender authentication — SPF, DKIM, DMARC and TLS reporting — moved from monitoring to enforcement in stages that do not lose legitimate mail.
6 · Backup, recovery and security operations
Backup schedules written against an agreed tolerance for loss and for downtime, isolated copies where the platform allows, restore tests on a calendar rather than at the moment of need, hardening baselines, multi-factor administrative access and a patch cadence published to the client.
7 · Managed operations and support
This is the line most companies end up buying: somebody permanently responsible for the estate. It covers monitoring and alerting, change control, capacity and cost review, renewal obligations, a named service lead, a published escalation route and reporting that a manager, auditor or successor engineer can read without a briefing.
- Availability, resource and service monitoring with human triage
- Documented change control before anything touches production
- Renewal dates for domains, certificates and licences tracked centrally
- Incident response with a written record after closure
- Quarterly review of utilisation, spend and risk
8 · Digital marketing, content and design
Search engine optimisation and technical site health, content production and editorial calendars, paid search and campaign management, analytics and reporting, conversion work on the pages that carry the decision — plus the design and front-end production that holds it together. Measured in enquiries, pipeline and cost per acquisition, not impressions.
9 · Commerce and marketplace operations
Storefronts and marketplaces, catalogue and feed operations, payment readiness, delivery and returns workflows, and in-Kingdom hosting with Arabic-language storefront operation for the Saudi market. Where a client sells through several channels, the product and order records are consolidated into one system before anything is automated.
10 · What every engagement includes
Standard in all nine lines
- A named service lead, not a queue
- Written scope, assumptions and acceptance criteria
- Change control with a documented approval before production work
- Processing locations agreed and recorded with the client
- Renewal and expiry obligations tracked centrally
- Reporting written to survive an audit or a handover
11 · How we engage and price
| Shape | Used for | Commercial form |
|---|---|---|
| Standard plan | Mailboxes, certificates, domains, VPS, small hosting | Published by the operating entity, monthly or annual |
| Managed service | Server estates, tenants, platforms, marketing | Fixed monthly against a scope schedule |
| Project | Migrations, implementations, integrations, audits | Phased fixed price with written acceptance |
| Master agreement | Multi-brand or multi-entity organisations | One agreement, one entity named per workstream, annual review |
Prices are quoted against a written specification. We do not publish a rate card that turns out to be conditional, and no arrangement renews without the next period's price being confirmed first.
12 · Questions before an engagement
- Do we have to take the whole stack?
- No. Each line is a service in its own right: one client takes a single VPS, another takes mail and certificates, another takes a platform build and its hosting with it. Most arrive for one thing and consolidate over time, which is easier than migrating twice.
- Who is accountable when several services are involved?
- The group office. One named contact holds the relationship, one escalation route applies and one review covers the whole estate — whichever operating entity signs the individual work.
- Can you take over services we already buy elsewhere?
- Yes, and it is common. We baseline what exists, document it, and tell you what should be changed, what should be left alone and what is quietly at risk. Nothing is altered in production without written approval.
- How do we start?
- Write to [email protected] with the outcome you need and the deadline. You will get a written approach, a named person and a price for the first phase — not a brochure or a call centre queue.

Correspondence
Describe the outcome. We will tell you which lines it needs.
One email is enough to start: what you need to work, when, and what is in the way. You will get a written approach with the service lines it touches, the entity that would hold the contract and a price for the first phase.
