NOFOH Ltd is the parent identity of the group. It is not a holding name on paper: it provides capital, technical direction, procurement discipline and continuity of staffing to the companies it operates, and it is the point at which a client can hold the group to a single standard.

Each entity trades under its own name, holds its own client relationships and issues its own terms, invoices and support arrangements. NOFOH does not trade under an operating entity's name, and an operating entity does not contract on the group's behalf unless expressly authorised to do so.

The registered office is the address for formal and legal delivery. Day-to-day correspondence, including procurement, due-diligence and service matters, is handled by email from the group office at [email protected] — a monitored address answered by a named person, in English or Arabic.

4 · Trading status and procurement

The group contracts directly with public bodies, large enterprises and commercial organisations of every size, and also works as the technical supplier behind another organisation's contract. Services are supplied on commercial terms; the group is not a public body, a government department, or a not-for-profit, and it does not act as an agent for any third party unless a contract says so.

For tender and framework submissions we can supply corporate documents — certificate of incorporation, confirmation of registered office, group ownership structure, insurance certificates, references and standard policies — together with a completed supplier questionnaire. Requests marked "Supplier due diligence" are handled at the group office.

5 · Trade marks, trade names and third-party names

The NOFOH wordmark and the names, logos and page designs of the operating entities belong to NOFOH Ltd or are used under licence by the relevant entity. Product, platform and company names mentioned on this site — including registry operators, cloud and software providers, and network platforms — are the trade marks of their respective owners.

Their mention is descriptive: it identifies what we work with or what an entity operates. It does not imply any connection, sponsorship, endorsement or partnership between NOFOH Ltd and the owner of that name, and nothing on this site should be read as representing a third party's views.

6 · Copyright and permitted reuse

Copyright in this website and its content belongs to NOFOH Ltd. Permission is granted to download, print and quote from these pages for the purposes for which the site exists: evaluating the group as a supplier, completing procurement and due-diligence documentation, internal record-keeping, and journalism. Three conditions apply — the material must be unaltered, it must be attributed to NOFOH Ltd, and it must not be used in a way that suggests endorsement where none exists.

Systematic reproduction of the whole site, republication for commercial purposes, and use of the content to train or seed a public service or product require our written consent. Requests are answered at [email protected].

7 · Acceptable use of this site

This site exists to be read. Please do not use it to transmit unlawful, malicious or harassing material, attempt to gain access beyond the public pages, degrade service for other visitors, impersonate the group or any of its companies, or misrepresent an affiliation. The content of this site is provided for general information about the group's identity, structure and capabilities. It is not legal, tax, procurement, security or technical advice, and it is not a contract. Descriptions of services are summaries: what is supplied, to what standard, and at what price, is defined by the proposal, order and contract documents for an individual engagement. We keep the site accurate as far as we reasonably can and correct anything we are told is wrong.

9 · Accessibility

The group serves public bodies, so we build for the widest practical range of users. This site is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA: semantic landmarks and heading order, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, text contrast at AA ratio or better, reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 CSS pixels, a navigation control operable by keyboard and dismissable with Escape, a scrollable entity bar that is focusable, no content that depends on colour alone, and full support for prefers-reduced-motion, forced-colors and text resizing to 200 per cent. A print stylesheet is provided because procurement and legal readers print pages, and external addresses are printed inline so a paper copy stays useful.

10 · Information security posture

Security is an operating discipline rather than a product we sell. Our practice is documented and auditable: least-privilege access with unique accounts and multi-factor authentication for administrative paths, encryption of data in transit and of sensitive data at rest, hardened and monitored infrastructure, a published patch and dependency cadence, tested and verified backups, change control with written approval before production work, confidentiality obligations in every staff and supplier contract, and a named escalation route for incidents.

We do not claim a certification we do not hold. Where a client requires independent assurance, we discuss the relevant scope honestly, complete security questionnaires, and support audits and penetration-test coordination on the systems we administer.

11 · Business continuity and supply chain

The group's arrangements are designed so that a service does not depend on one person or one location: documented administration procedures, shared credential custody under the client's own access model, cross-covering teams, and off-site backups verified rather than assumed. Upstream dependencies — domain registries, certificate authorities, cloud and network providers — are identified for each engagement, with escalation routes recorded at contract start.

Suppliers and sub-contractors are selected on competence and reliability, and are expected to meet the same standards on legality, integrity, data protection and security that we apply to ourselves.

12 · Policies and documents on request

The following are available to clients, prospective clients and their advisers:

• Information security policy summary and security questionnaire responses
• Incident escalation matrix and support arrangements
• Business continuity summary for a specific service
• Supplier code of conduct
• Insurance certificates (professional indemnity and public liability)
• Accessibility statement for a delivered service, where a public body requires one
• Corporate documents: certificate of incorporation and confirmation of the registered office

13 · Complaints and escalation

Raise a concern with the named service contact first. If that does not resolve it, or the matter concerns the group rather than one engagement, write to [email protected] marked "Complaint". We acknowledge complaints in writing, investigate them, and reply with the outcome and any remedy. Where a public body has its own complaints or dispute procedure in the contract, that procedure applies. Data protection concerns are handled under section 19 of our privacy notice, and you may raise those with the Information Commissioner's Office at any time.

This site links to the group's operating companies and, where useful, to regulators and public registers such as Companies House. We are not responsible for the content, policies or accessibility of a site we do not control, and a link is not an endorsement. If you believe a link from these pages is broken or inappropriate, please tell us and we will correct it.

15 · Governing law

This page, this website and the legal notices published on it are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Contracts with individual clients may specify a different forum; where they do, the contract prevails.
